User Data Deletion Instructions

To revoke CarWebb’s access to your Facebook profile data, follow these steps provided by Meta:

1. Log into your Facebook account and go to Settings & Privacy → Settings.
2. In the left sidebar, navigate to Apps and Websites (or visit facebook.com/settings?tab=applications ).
3. Find CarWebb in the active list of applications.
4. Click Remove next to CarWebb.
5. Confirm the removal to revoke all platform permissions and access tokens.

Removing the Facebook app disconnects future data exchange. If you also wish to permanently erase your CarWebb account, vehicles, listings, and messages from our servers, you can submit a deletion request via either method:

Upon receipt of a verified deletion request, our compliance team will execute the following within 30 days pursuant to UK GDPR Article 17:

• Account Profile & Auth Tokens: Your name, email, avatar, OAuth tokens, and phone number are permanently purged.
• Vehicle Listings & Media: All published, paused, or draft listings and uploaded photographs are erased from storage.
• Messages & Inquiries: In-app conversations and buyer inquiries are anonymized or removed.

*Note: Historical VAT/Stripe invoices are retained for 7 years to satisfy statutory HMRC financial and taxation reporting obligations.
